Julie is an opportunity creator, enterprise problem solver, and talent builder in the recruiting industry. She played a key role in eliciting talent strategy to align companies with the right candidate based on work cultures and strategic initiatives. With her steadfast approach of utilizing data, analytics, and human insights, she was able to drive constructive decision-making, leading to increased talent productivity and cost savings. She acquired 20+ new clients (including multiple Fortune 50 organizations) by executing business development activities, go-to-market strategy refinement, and organizational collaboration.
After 10 + plus years of experience, Julie has seen what works, what doesn't, and what needs to change. She discovers an innovative new approach to hiring by changing the organization's face to be more inclusive, effective, and engaging. Career Innovator was born to engage talent differently through appreciating the human experience and their transitional skills. Her mission is to build an inclusive ecosystem that provides solutions to better engage and qualify talent for corporations. Julie unlocks her talent's potential through our different programs crafting narratives and making them marketable in across industry. The idea of Career Innovator came from Julie Olson- Huffman, when she realized the current staffing system in place is transactional, leaving companies with a high turnaround. After 10 + plus years of experience, Julie has seen what works, what doesn't, and what needs to change. She discovers an innovative new approach to hiring by changing the organization's face to be more inclusive, effective, and engaging.
