Messaging Terms
These terms apply to text messages between you and Career Innovator ("Career Innovator," "we," "us"). They work alongside our Privacy Policy.
The program
We send conversational, service-related text messages to candidates and clients who have given us their mobile number or opted in. Messages cover things like interview and search coordination, updates on work in progress, advisory and development communications, and scheduling. We do not send mass marketing texts.
Consent
By giving us your mobile number or opting in, you agree to receive calls and texts from us at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any service or engagement with us. Message frequency varies depending on what we are working on together.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation, and we will not text that number again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email info@careerinnovator.com.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to tell us if a number you gave us is no longer yours.
Privacy
How we handle your information, including your phone number and messaging consent, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS opt-in or consent information with any third parties or affiliates, for any purpose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent version.
